More about Dr. Matt Jeffs
Dr. Jeffs is a doctoral-level lecturer at multiple universities and for global governments. He is internationally sought to address worldwide conferences, professional associations, trade groups, private companies and executive summits. As a work-injury reduction consultant, he has operated successfully across the US in paper plants, food processing plants, boat builders, meat processing plants, theme parks, airplane builders, medical device plants, automotive builders, product assembly plants, high rise office settings, healthcare delivery settings, US defense contractors and more.
Dr. Jeffs holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Florida and completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA.

Matt is a Certified Ergonomic Analysis Specialist (CEAS), a Remote Ergonomic Analysis Specialist (REAS), and is a certified Principal of Safety Management.
As Lean Ergonomist with more than 12,000 hours of direct industrial experience, Dr. Jeffs is credentialed with the State of Florida’s 5,000-company strong Manufacturing Extension Program. Matt also served as Workforce Education Director for a robust 300-company Regional Manufacturers Association.
Matt carried the Olympic torch through his hometown of St. Augustine, FL on December 7, 2001, 90 days after 9/11 and the 60th anniversary of Pearl Harbor, which authorities warned may be a target of a coordinated terrorist attack.
