After completing her Dietetic Internship at West Virginia University Hospital, Brenna worked for Phoebe Sumter Memorial Hospital in Americas, Georgia. There she helped run the outpatient diabetes center and later developed the employee wellness dietitian position. In 2011, she and her husband moved back to Minnesota where she worked for almost 7 years at a local wellness and weightloss clinic. Brenna leads an active lifestyle herself, and enjoys working with athletes and weekend warriors to meet their performance and fitness goals.
Brenna holds a Master's in Applied Nutrition from Northeastern University in Boston and a Bachelors of Science in Dietetics from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Brenna is a Registered Dietitian and a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist.
Brenna is passionate about teaching people how foods interact with their body and helping patients learn how what they eat affects how they feel. She specializes in working with people who struggle with autoimmune disease, digestive disorders, cardio-metabolic disease, infertility and women's hormones, food sensitivities, and chronic pain.
During her undergraduate years, Brenna ran cross country and track for two years and then took up sprint triathlons for a few years.
