Throughout Stephanie's experience as a personal trainer, life coach, and dietitian, she listens to her clients needs in order to create realistic and sustainable lifestyle practices that help them get to the root cause of their health concerns and get back to living life fully.

Education

Stephanie completed her nutrition coursework at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and her dietetic internship at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She also holds a Master of Arts in Exercise Science from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and a Bachelor of Science in Creative Writing from Wayne State College in Wayne, Nebraska.

She is also a certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor, CHEK practitioner, and laser life coach.

Stephanie is passionate about preventative care and utilizing a mind-body approach to help others tap into the wisdom of their body and get to the root cause of their health concerns. She specializes in helping others with digestive disorders, hormone disorders such as PCOS and endometriosis, autoimmune conditions, and mindful eating.

Fun Facts

While on their honeymoon in Hawaii, Stephanie and her husband visited a bean-to-bar chocolate factory and were inspired to make their own single origin 80% dark chocolate at home. Some of their favorite chocolate bean origins include Uganda, Fiji, Belize, Tanzania, and Madagascar.
