Dr. Vykoukal has practiced primarily in outpatient orthopedics. As a traveling physical therapist, she also practiced in skilled nursing and home health settings as well. When some of her patients seemed "stuck" due to unforeseeable risk factors, it prompted her to learn extensively about the human psyche. Learning about the connection between lifestyle choices, motivation, and habits, has led her to coaching private clients in goal setting and habit building.

Dr. Vykoukal has been practicing as a Doctor of Physical Therapy for 9 years. Her passion for PT comes from her own experience with a shoulder injury as a collegiate Division 1 swimmer. In her first few years as a clinician, the importance of assessing people's lifestyles and habits became very evident. She has experience working for an orthopedic spine clinic and coaching private clients on how to set the right goals and build healthy habits. As a mom of two little ones, she has a soft spot for over-tired moms that are typically suffering in silence.
Fun Facts
JayDee is a Montana native that has a passion for traveling the world and exploring the great outdoors. She got married and had her first daughter in the Czech Republic, where her husband is from. Before kids, JayDee and her husband backpacked across Europe, SouthEast Asia, and rode their bicycles for 500 miles across Spain. With kids, they've road tripped across Argentina, Chile, Eastern Europe, and the Western United States in their VW camper van. As long as she's out in the fresh air with her kids and moving her body, she's a happy camper!
