More about Dr. Thomas Olesko
Thomas holds both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Ithaca College. After receiving his clinical doctorate in 2017, he immediately entered an orthopaedic residency at the University of Rochester in New York. Following his residency, he moved south and began a fellowship in orthopaedic manual physical therapy at the University of St. Augustine. Thomas currently assists medical for USA Gymnastics in addition to teaching biomechanics and orthopaedics at the University of St. Augustine. Thomas is committed to helping you achieve your short-term and long-term goals and understands the importance of a holistic approach to musculoskeletal care. Thomas’ combination of in-depth patient education and hands on treatment has not only helped hundreds of patients but also has won awards including the 2022 Best Physical Therapist in St. Augustine, FL.
Dr. Olesko holds a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Health Studies from Ithaca College, and completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Ithaca College in 2017.

Dr. Olesko is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), Manual Therapy Certified (MTC), and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Physical Therapy (FAAOMPT).
Dr. Olesko specializes in Sports Therapy, elite athletes, concussions, and TMJ. He has a passion for manual manipulation of the spine and extremities as well as biomechanics, anatomy, and physiology. Thomas applies his specialty training to empowering patients for success in their rehabilitation process.
Thomas is an endurance athlete himself, and has completed the Disney Marathon as well as the Louisville Ironman. Thomas loves to travel throughout the world including Abu Dhabi, St. Thomas, Scotland, and during horse racing season, you can find him in Saratoga, NY sipping mint juleps.
